The following rules apply to all entries for items awarded by Hartford Woman Online whether entry was solicited or as the result of participation in our membership list:

• Purchases will not increase chances of winning (no purchase necessary). Giveaway dates may not be posted. Winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email,
• Prize information
  Prizes are offered by Hartford Woman Online affiliate businesses and subject to the wishes of the affiliate business for delivery.
• Odds of winning
  Odds depend upon number of eligible entries received.
• Release of Liability
  Hartford Woman Online, Kate LaFrance, Mary K. LaFrance  is not liable or responsible for; Loss of entry - including, electronic, computer, communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention, injury, or property damage in connection to with giveaway, or giveaway results.
• Eligibility
  Including, but not limited to: Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Giveaway entries are limited to the United States. Entries are limited to one per household/family.
• Notification of winner info
  Winner will be selected by random drawing via the customer entry database. Winner will be notified at a random date via email. Winner must claim prize by date that will be included in email or another winner will be selected. Product giveaway prizes will be sent directly to the winner free of charge. Hartford Woman Online, Kate LaFrance, Mary K. LaFrance  are not responsible for damage to the prize once it has been sent to the prize winner.
