During that time she increased her knowledge and enhanced her practice of treating the whole person through her  many learned disciplines supporting others in personal growth through self-awareness and energy medicine. Taking risks, creating change, and jumping into life, not surviving it, are messages she has shared, and lived, for decades as a Catholic nun, an international airline stewardess, living in the Caribbean, and so much more....
