Radiology Associates of Hartford (RAH), a community-based provider of diagnostic imaging services, will host a Women's Wellness Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 14 at its Enfield outpatient center, located at 9 Cranbrook Boulevard.

The newly remodeled Enfield location provides the comprehensive offering of screening services for women, including digital mammogram, DEXA bone density tests, ultrasound and breast MRI.

The event will host local vendors as well as RAH's subspecialty trained radiologists and mammogram technicians. There will be a raffle for a one-hour massage, wellness giveaways, and information on screenings most important to women's health.

"It's the perfect time to schedule your screening mammogram or DXA bone density exam because we'll be treating you to some very nice "extras" designed to celebrate you," said Radiologist Amy Martin, M.D., a breast imaging specialist. "Bring your mother, daughter, sister or friend to qualify for special prizes."

The May 14 Women's Wellness Day will offer complimentary services, including:

• Mimosas: This brunch classic will be available as well as other complimentary refreshments.
• Ask a genetic counselor: Learn about being high risk for breast or ovarian cancer and the options for women with hereditary genetics.
• Bra fittings by Irene's Lingerie Shop & Uplifting Makeover: This simple fitting can make all the difference. Women can find out if their size has changed over the years and what is the best fit for them. They also help women who have undergone mastectomies to find comfortable options that flatter their bodies (bras can be purchased separately).
• PIXI scans: Learn more about bone density with a preliminary screening for osteoporosis.
