Words are not enough to express my deep and profound gratitude for your support of me over the years and particularly regarding the 3rd Annual Total Woman Conference last Saturday at The Simsbury Inn. Thank YOU so much for your time, prayers, feedback and words of encouragement... I'm SO grateful, but like Oliver Twist, I'm back -asking for more.... :)

As the Total Woman Conference grows in leaps and bounds, and as our reach is extending to girls and young women, so is the workload and demand! I'm sure you will agree with me that putting together an event of this magnitude is no small undertaking for a solo entrepreneur like me... and this is where I need YOUR help:

The need

I'm in desperate need of at least 8-10 individuals who will volunteer their time and skills to serve on the Steering Committee/Advisory Board for the Total Woman Conference (which is now fixed on the 2nd Saturday of March every year) and the Total Woman Conference for Girls & Young Women (ages 12-25+) which will be now be held on the 2nd Saturday of November of every year.

Criteria for Board Membership

These individuals (open to men and women) will share the burden of planning and marketing the conference with me. They must be:

1. Self-starters and motivators with strong administrative, analytical, communications and/or project management skills.

2. Recognized leaders and experts in their fields.

3. Passionate about reaching and empowering women, girls and/or young women.

4. Great networkers and marketers.

5. Willing to commit to a two to three (2-3) year board membership.

6. Great with people.

7. Great copy writers (for sponsorship, press releases, web, etc).

What is in it for YOU?

A high-level platform to showcase and sharpen your leadership skills; a high level platform to empower women and girls, positioning them for success and the tremendous joy derived from giving back, knowing you are part of an inspiring and empowering movement!
