Payment does not guarantee acceptance - if your ad is determined to be incompatable with HWO your payment will be returned to you in full via CHECK within 10 business days of rejection. A contract is required before all advertising can begin. Additional fees may apply for placement, exclusivity and/or banner construction by our staff and will be due and payable upon proof approval. An ad proof must be signed off on by all advertisers before ad can run on HWO. If you have paid for an ad and not heard from HWO staff within 3 business days, please call our office at 800-875-0750.
