How Do You Feel About the Changes to Downtown Hartford?

civic centerWhenever we go to the Civic Center area I have to regain my bearings because it looks so different - and I don't think it's for the better. What was welcoming, street level marketplace with shops and restaurants is not a stone and metal facade that I honesly have a hard time interpreting the entrancce ways of. I think it was a bad move and really gave no consideration to the best for the future of Downtown Hartford.
