Philip E. Stoetzner currently resides in Pompano Bach FL. After Philip Graduated Tolland (CT) High School in 1974. he attended Heidelberg College in Tiffin Ohio studying Education 1974-1977. He went on to Graduate from UConn with a BFA in Music Education 1984.
